What is the estimated shipping time for my furniture?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Transit times vary by location, but you can generally expect your delivery within 7-14 business days of placing your order.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. All Branch furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified woods, recycled textiles, and non-toxic finishes to ensure our products are safe for your home and the planet.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
Do you provide white-glove delivery and assembly?
We offer premium white-glove delivery for an additional fee at checkout, which includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
