At Branch, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all components back into the original shipping boxes with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of each box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Pickup

  Drop your package at the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
